Tom Homan is an American law enforcement official whom Donald Trump named White House "border czar" for his second term in November 2024. A career immigration officer, he served in the Obama administration and was acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement from 2017 to 2018, during Trump's first term. Between Trump's terms he ran a consulting business that helped companies seek immigration-related government contracts.
