Aqua 1 is a British Virgin Islands-registered investment firm led by Guren "Bobby" Zhou that presents itself as a strategic investor in digital-asset ventures. It was created by renaming an entity of Web3Port, a crypto venture fund Zhou ran from the United Arab Emirates, two weeks before it announced a $100 million purchase of governance tokens from World Liberty Financial, the Trump family cryptocurrency venture. Zhou later folded it under the umbrella name Aqua Labs and marketed the World Liberty stake to other investors as evidence of the firm's credibility.
