Hamm, who has advised Trump on energy policy, put in $1 million as oil-and-gas money poured toward Trump's return; his Continental Resources added $2 million more. The industry has since collected the tax law that lets drillers dodge the corporate minimum tax and the EPA's scrapping of the climate endangerment finding.
