In late April 2025, a Qatari government official in Doha signed a deal with Saudi-based developer Dar Global to build a new Trump-branded golf course and luxury villa complex. Eric Trump flew to Doha to mark the partnership, which will bring branding and management fees to the Trump Organization. The deal is one of six Dar Global Middle East projects with Trump branding, alongside developments in Saudi Arabia, Oman and Dubai.
