Mark Toshiro Uyeda is an American attorney and Republican government official who has served as a Commissioner of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Before his appointment as Commissioner, he worked on the SEC's staff for more than 15 years, and he is the first Asian Pacific American to serve as an SEC Commissioner.
