Korea Aluminium is a South Korean manufacturer of aluminum foil used to package prescription drugs, ice cream cones, and dozens of other products. It is owned by the construction company Camus E&C, which is controlled by the Seoul-based holding company Base Group. In 2023 the U.S. Commerce Department named it among South Korean companies it concluded had circumvented trade duties on Chinese-made aluminum, and the company says its exports to the United States have since fallen sharply.
