The Trump administration has since licensed Nvidia to resume selling H20 AI chips to China in exchange for 15% of the revenue, and separately released 35,000 Nvidia chips to Saudi Arabia's Humain during the November 2025 MBS state visit — two policy turns that materially expanded Nvidia's addressable export market.
